We're hiring for a global technology platform supporting enterprise advertisers spending millions across large-scale digital ecosystems. If you've worked in-house at a major advertising platform (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Google or similar) and enjoy solving complex technical advertising issues - this is built for you.
The Offer:
- Annual Salary up to £85,000 doe and location
- Fully remote - UK based only - Right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship)
- 12 months contract - Inside IR35 - PAYE paid weekly via Principle HR
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the technical expert for advertising products
- Troubleshooting pixels, signals, measurement and delivery issues
- Querying data using SQL (non-advanced)
- Investigating API and integration problems
- Escalating product bugs to engineering
- Managing complex support tickets within SLA
What we need (non-negotiable):
- Platform-side AdTech experience
- Strong digital advertising ecosystem knowledge
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience - SQL + APIs
Ideal background:
- 5+ years in digital advertising / AdTech
- Experience supporting enterprise-level advertisers
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to sales or non-technical teams
