An opportunity has become available to join one of the world's most recognised technology organisations, supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced, global environment. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll act as a trusted business partner, helping senior leaders operate at scale through exceptional planning, stakeholder management, operational excellence and executive support. You’ll work across international teams, balancing competing priorities while ensuring executives can focus on delivering business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars across multiple international time zones
  • Coordinate international travel, visas, itineraries and end-to-end logistics
  • Prepare meetings, executive briefings, agendas and presentation materials
  • Own expense management, purchase orders and budget administration
  • Lead the planning and delivery of offsites, leadership meetings, summits and large-scale events
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the business
  • Support culture initiatives, communications and site-wide programmes
  • Drive operational improvements and administrative process optimisation
  • Coordinate office planning and workspace requirements
  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
