We’re partnering with one of the world’s most iconic digital and creative software companies to recruit an HR Generalist to join their EMEA People Experience team. This is an 11-month contract, based in central London (hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote). If you’re an HR professional with experience in fast-paced, multinational environments — and you’re passionate about delivering world-class employee experiences — this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the EMEA region – supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Manage hiring admin and pre-boarding for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Advise employees and managers on policies, processes, and tools (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems – identifying errors and supporting audits
- Partner with regional HR teams to identify process improvements and drive change
- Play a key role in HR projects – supporting both regional and global initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in HR or recruitment, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems – Workday and/or ServiceNow experience is a real plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience
- Collaborative but confident working independently – you’ll be part of a virtual global team
- Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
