The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role leading global marketing operations and martech transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed environment. You will sit at the centre of strategy and execution-driving alignment, visibility, and adoption across international teams. This is not a passive coordination role. You will be expected to influence senior stakeholders, drive programme outcomes, and ensure marketing technology investments translate into measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive global marketing operations programmes aligned to fiscal priorities
- Lead cross-functional programme planning, execution, and reporting across regions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability across teams
- Drive adoption and enablement of martech solutions across international markets
- Translate complex programme data into clear executive-level insights and updates
- Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Champion internal communication and visibility of programme success
What You Bring
- Proven experience in marketing operations, programme management, or strategic marketing within a global organisation
- Strong understanding of martech and/or adtech ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing without authority
- Strong analytical and communication capability-comfortable presenting to leadership
- Experience working across international teams and navigating matrix environments
