One of the world's most influential enterprise technology organisations is hiring an EMEA Executive Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing international marketing team delivering strategic executive engagement programs across Europe. This is not a standard events role. You'll be working on high-profile C-suite experiences, flagship customer programs, executive hospitality initiatives, and large-scale strategic events across EMEA - partnering with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and global leadership teams.

Ideal for someone coming from a major tech, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or global B2B environment who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.

  • Hybrid working in Surrey.
  • 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting pan-EMEA executive marketing programs and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Delivering premium executive experiences, hospitality programs, and strategic events.
  • Partnering with regional marketing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Coordinating stakeholders across sales, global marketing, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Managing registrations, communications, logistics, reporting, and executive briefings.
  • Supporting high-value customer programs linked to major global conferences and campaigns.
