EMEA Learning Architect | €80,000 | Enterprise SaaS / Digital Experience
We're hiring an EMEA Learning Architect to work with enterprise customers, shaping learning strategies that accelerate product adoption and maximise the value of their technology investment.
This is not a traditional L&D role. We're looking for someone who understands how enterprise SaaS and digital experience platforms create business value and can translate customer goals, user roles and skills gaps into targeted learning programmes.
The Offer
- Competitive salary of £80,000 pa
- Role to start on a 6-month contract
- Hybrid working: Two days per week onsite at offices in Shoreditch
The role
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to major enterprise customers across EMEA, designing role-based learning strategies that support adoption, implementation milestones and long-term customer success.
You’ll
- Assess customer goals, workflows, user roles and capability gaps
- Build tailored learning strategies across instructor-led, on-demand, cohort and certification programmes
- Connect learning activity directly to product adoption and customer outcomesUse data and engagement insights to identify risks and recommend interventions
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Consulting and Delivery teams
- Present progress and demonstrate learning value during customer meetings and business reviews
- Help customers maximise the value of their training and technology investment
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally come from a large enterprise technology, SaaS, digital experience or MarTech environment, with experience working directly with complex enterprise customers.
You should bring:
- Strong customer-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Experience designing enterprise learning, enablement or adoption strategies
- A good functional understanding of digital experience / Experience Cloud-style applications and their business value
- Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders
- A commercial mindset around adoption, value realisation, retention and renewal
- The ability to turn needs analysis and data into clear, prescriptive recommendations
Candidates coming from enterprise SaaS, MarTech, CRM, digital experience or cloud technology businesses will be particularly relevant.
