EMEA Interview Coordinator - Global Technology Company
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum
Contract: 11 months
We are recruiting an experienced Interview Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading global technology company.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume scheduling role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, managing complex calendars and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate high volumes of virtual, telephone and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.

Manage complex scheduling across different time zones involving candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Arrange candidate travel, accommodation and expense reimbursements.

Act as the main point of contact throughout the interview process, resolving scheduling issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within an ATS.

Provide occasional support with new hire orientation.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience coordinating high volumes of interviews within a busy Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations team.

Strong experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Confident communicator with experience supporting candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience would be advantageous.

Previous experience coordinating candidate travel and interview logistics is highly desirable.
