• Salary: £132,000 pa

We are recruiting an experienced Marketing Producer to join a leading global technology company. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and detail-oriented professional to manage marketing content production, streamline workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marketing content production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.




• Coordinate creative workflows, production schedules, documentation and content approvals.




• Utilise Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive) to manage projects, documentation and team collaboration.




• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, streamline processes and drive efficiencies.




• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams and external agencies.




• Maintain excellent standards of document management, accuracy and quality control.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in marketing production, creative operations, content production or marketing project management.




• Background in a technology company or creative/marketing agency.




• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.




• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT or similar.




• Excellent organisational skills, document management and attention to detail.




• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.




• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
