This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of regional strategy, advanced analytics and global decision-making. You will turn complex commercial data into clear recommendations, represent EMEA market realities in global discussions and help senior sales leaders make better-informed decisions.

You will need to move confidently between hands-on SQL analysis and leadership-level influence. The strongest candidates will combine structured problem-solving with the communication skills to challenge assumptions, explain trade-offs and build alignment across regional and global teams.

The Offer:

  • 12-month contract, with potential extension
  • Annual salary of Β£83,000 pa
  • London hybrid: three days onsite in Central London office

What you'll do:

  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify commercial trends, risks and growth opportunities across EMEA.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams on business direction and resource allocation.
  • Ensure regional market insights and execution realities inform global go-to-market strategy.
  • Present compelling, evidence-led narratives to senior stakeholders.
  • Improve analytical workflows through AI, automation and strong systems thinking.
  • Drive alignment across regional and global teams in a fast-changing environment.

What you'll bring

  • Six or more years' experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, a quantitative field or a comparable technology business.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.
  • A track record of converting analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
  • Confidence communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing changing priorities and communicating trade-offs across teams.
  • Practical experience using AI or automation to improve analytical workflows.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline.

Experience in EMEA markets, technology, advertising or media would be valuable. Tableau or Looker experience, an advanced quantitative degree and knowledge of responsible AI practices would also be advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity to influence regional strategy within a globally scaled organisation while helping modernise how insight is produced and applied.
