The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, culture and city knowledge. You will be responsible for finding, pitching and launching high-quality, in-demand experiences in London - working directly with creators, experts, businesses and cultural insiders. From first conversation to live listing, you own the full journey. This is a hands-on acquisition role, not a passive account management position. You will be building supply from the ground up and shaping what guests experience in one of the world’s most competitive cities.
What You Will Do
- Source & spot talent: Identify culturally relevant people, businesses and activities that define London today - including off-the-beaten-path and emerging trends.
- Pitch & acquire: Sell a compelling value proposition to prospective hosts and partners, moving them through the full acquisition funnel.
- Co-create experiences: Work with hosts to shape the concept, structure, pricing and run-of-show to meet quality and brand standards.
- Own your book of business: Manage leads, pipelines and performance with full accountability for outcomes.
- Launch & optimise: Support hosts through their first 3-6 months live, advising on pricing, availability, merchandising and growth best practice.
- Retain priority hosts: Ensure early success and long-term viability through hands-on guidance and relationship management.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with legal, operations, design and leadership teams to remove blockers and move fast.
Who This Role Is For
You are commercially sharp but culturally tuned in. You like building things, not inheriting them. You are comfortable operating without a script and you know how to push past friction. You will thrive here if you:
- Have 6+ years’ experience in partnerships, acquisition, account management, sales or marketplace growth roles.
- Know London deeply - across travel, food & beverage, arts, entertainment, pop culture or hospitality.
- Have strong judgement and a sharp eye for quality, relevance and cultural fit.
- Are confident pitching, negotiating and influencing senior stakeholders - externally and internally.
