We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team within a warm and supportive care home environment.
In this key role, you will lead by example, supporting colleagues and ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will play an important part in the day-to-day delivery of care, working closely with the wider team to maintain a safe, caring, and respectful environment.
