Receptionist – Broomfield Village Care Home
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a 33-hour contract.
This role involves working 8 AM – 8 PM shifts on a rota basis, including every other weekend.

At Broomfield Village Care Home, our Reception Team plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for our residents, families, visitors, and external professionals.
As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure all enquiries are handled in a professional, helpful, and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to the home, answer incoming telephone calls, respond to emails, and ensure enquiries are handled professionally.
- Provide friendly and approachable service, ensuring residents, families, and visitors feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive.
