Principle Care Homes is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based at our Central Support Office, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with care homes, and drive a positive candidate experience to attract exceptional people to our growing organisation.
You will work closely with Home managers and wider teams, coordinating recruitment marketing efforts and supporting activity across multiple sites with regular travel to our care homes.
