Head of Operations
Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead performance across Principle Care Homes. You will work closely with our General Managers, setting clear expectations and holding them accountable for safe, high-quality care, an exceptional resident and family experience, and strong operational and financial results. The role also includes leading the commissioning of new homes, strengthening quality governance and building effective relationships with regulators and external partners. You will serve as Nominated Individual across our homes and help bring our vision of “creating a world where everyone feels special” to life. You will have a proven track record of leading multiple care homes and senior teams.
