Following our exciting business growth, we are looking to grow our team of fee earners to work a high-quality caseload of personal injury cases. The personal injury book consists of a blend of pre-action OIC cases in addition to litigated cases. In addition to the personal injury cases, you will also have the opportunity to run a high-quality caseload of litigated fast track and multi track credit hire cases. Salary: Negotiable on experience, plus bonus

About you
- First of all you are a Qualified Solicitor
- You have a detailed knowledge of Personal Injury and Fast Track / Multi-track claims
- You are passionate about client care and thrive on negotiation with third party representatives and motivated by extracting the best possible offer for clients
- You have a great understanding of the OIC, court processes and a successful track record of negotiating positive outcome and experience of telephone hearings/hearings and/or advocacy techniques
