PI Solicitor – Principia Law
We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our thriving legal team focused on personal injury and credit hire litigation.
Responsibilities
- Work a high-quality caseload of personal injury cases, including pre‑action OIC cases and litigated cases.
- Run a high-quality caseload of litigated fast‑track and multi‑track credit hire cases.
- Handle personal injury cases within the OIC, take cases to trial, manage part 18 offers, Part 36 offers, disclosure and trial preparations.
- Negotiate with third‑party representatives to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified solicitor.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and credit hire or motor claims litigation.
- In‑depth knowledge of OIC, court processes and a successful track record of negotiating positive outcomes.
- Experience in telephone hearings, hearings and/or advocacy techniques.
- Passion for client care and strong client‑care orientation.
