Compensation: £33,690.00 - £38,637.98 Per Annum plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of post-issue credit hire claims on behalf of clients to settlement or to conclusion up to and including the final hearing.
  • Communicating with clients, counsel, 3rd party insurers and solicitors to maximise the outcome of clients’ claims.
  • Advising clients on legal matters, explaining complex procedures, and developing case strategies.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including court pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
  • Investigating disputes, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing evidence.
  • Ensuring compliance with Court and Regulatory deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements.
  • Attending hearings to assist barristers or exercising rights of audience in county/magistrates' courts for specific applications.
  • Negotiating settlements and engaging in dispute resolution and mediation.
  • Managing your own varied caseloads in a timely manner.
