We are actively recruiting for an experienced Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Analyst with a proactive and analytical outlook to support the Operational Resilience & Risk Manager. This role will be instrumental in maintaining a strong governance framework and conducting detailed business analysis to support both the operational resilience and business continuity initiatives across the society.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Resilience
  • Facilitate working groups to identify and document critical components (people, processes, technology, facilities and information) of our IBS.
  • Analyse business reports, MI and metrics to identify risks, trends and opportunities for resilience improvement.
  • Design and support scenario testing and incident simulation exercises.
  • Maintain and enhance the Operational Resilience dashboard for senior governance forums.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and act as deputy to the Operational Resilience Manager when required.
  • Business Continuity
    • Support the administration and development of PBS’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme.
    • Ensure continuity plans, risk assessments and impact analyses are current and effective.
    • Coordinate training, awareness sessions and continuity exercises.
    • Manage content to the BCM SharePoint site and support emergency communications.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as recovery site planning and in-house training.
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Experience in operational resilience, business continuity, risk management or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
    • CBCI or equivalent qualification preferable but not essential.
