We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Branch Manager to lead one of our dynamic branch teams. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developing others and making an impact in your local area – this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to your branch team.
- Build strong working relationships and foster a culture of support and collaboration.
- Coach and develop colleagues to perform at their best and grow in their roles.
- Deliver results in line with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.
- Ensure the branch plays an active and valued role within the local community.
- Understand customer needs and support them in finding the right financial solutions.
- Lead from the front – supporting customers face to face, over the phone and through digital channels.
