Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Managed Services workflows with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage and improve data collection and validation
- Monitor service usage trends and elevate issues early
- Oversee consumables and supplies, including forecasting and supplier coordination
- Support digital ordering and automation system development
- Identify and drive process improvements
- Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries quickly
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers
About You
- 2+ years in service administration, service desk or managed services
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and time-management
- Strong customer service skills and confident phone manner
- Strong IT literacy and interest in automation/AI
