Principal Resourcing are working alongside a range of secondary schools and academies across Louth and the surrounding area who are seeking to appoint Thrive Practitioners. Our clients require additional support with their students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Successful candidates will create and assist with plans and strategies to to support relationship and behaviour management, whilst ensuring a positive learning environment to improve outcomes. We have work available immediately for both day-to-day and longer-term positions. Full-time availability is preferable although not essential. We are recruiting for Thrive Practitioners who vitally, have an empathetic, compassionate approach to working with students with SEMH. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as in-house, free-of-charge, training will be offered to tool the right individuals up for the position.
