The predicted salary is between 13000 - 20000 Β£ per year.

Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit ECTs to meet the demands of day-to-day supply for our partnership secondary schools/academies across Hull and the surrounding areas. We work exclusively with many Secondary schools and academies in the East Riding of Yorkshire, that will require cover for both daily and long-term assignments. You can expect to be paid up to Β£160 per day depending upon your experience and the role requirements. It is a really exciting time to be working on supply due to the variety of work that is available.

Within the role you will be required to:

  • Deliver quality first teaching

  • A strong and creative approach to teaching and raising attainment
  • A commitment to develop the personalities, talents and abilities of all students

Skills and attributes:

  • Teaching qualification – QTS, PGCE
  • The ability to develop and work in strong, effective teams and partnerships
  • Perseverance, determination and resilience to secure positive progress outcomes for students
  • Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing approach
  • A valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
