We are seeking a driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Recruitment Support Administrator, you will be an integral part of our agency team, providing quality teachers and support staff to local schools and academies.
The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will need to be an early riser, as the day begins at 7am, but there will be plenty of opportunities for a sleep-in during school holidays.
Responsibilities- Assisting with recruitment and selection of education professionals
- Sales and marketing activity to promote our services
- Regular contact with our pool of education professionals in relation to providing them with temporary work
- Matching teachers and support staff to the right school assignments
- Speaking to client schools regarding their staffing needs
- Database management and administrative duties
- Potential on-call duties
- Previous administrative experience in an office or business environment
- Recruitment Agency sector experience is desirable but not essential
- Proficient IT skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good level of customer service skills
- Team player
- Early riser
- Ability to commute to Tunstall, HU12 OJF
