Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a fantastic role available teaching pupils across the Reception Class at a vibrant Primary School in Leeds (LS26). This full-time role is available with an immediate start and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The inclusive and welcoming Primary School is looking for a dynamic Early Years Teacher to bring learning to life for young pupils. You will be confident and knowledgeable in planning and implementing learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework and Development Matters.

The ideal applicant will be confident in taking on leadership and management duties within the EYFS Classroom, ensuring a unique and exciting learning environment for pupils of all abilities, fostering a positive provision that is welcomed by all.

We welcome applications from experienced Teachers. You can expect to earn up to £230 per day, depending on experience. Please note, this role is not suitable for ECTs.

We are seeking a Reception Teacher/EYFS Lead with:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for teaching
  • Calm, patient, and nurturing manner
  • Previous experience teaching across KS1 is desirable
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us
  • Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not available)
