Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in Bradford (BD4).You will join a strong support team from September 2025, engaging pupils in learning through adapted lesson input that meets the diverse needs of students within your care.The Secondary School caters for pupils aged 11-16 years, within supportive surroundings. You will become part of the whole school community, instilling strong behaviour management, support and guidance for students across a range of key stage 3/4 subjects. Working closely with the Class Teacher, you will be confident promoting high quality learning and enabling positive pupil progression in line with the National Curriculum.You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role dependent on experience.We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
  • Ability to adapt learning to meet the unique needs of learners.
  • Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
  • Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
