What You'll Do:
- Seamlessly lead pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
- Confidently manage behaviour and keep students focused and motivated
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment

- Work closely with teaching staff and SLT to ensure continuity in learning
