The Role
As a Cover Teacher, you will
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- Ensure students remain engaged and continue learning in the teacher's absence.
- Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings.
- What We\'re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Experienced Cover Teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexible, reliable and confident teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is advantageous).
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
