The Role
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to secondary school pupils
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with their learning and engagement
- Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Adapt to different schools, subjects and year groups
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Confident managing a classroom
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable
- Passionate about education
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply
- Overseas Police Check if you have lived abroad for 6 months or longer in the past 5 years
