A family run, highly reputable business established for over 50 years is looking for a quality multi trade operative to assist in the delivery of insurance reinstatement works (domestic properties) across the East Midlands region. We have secured new contracts and need to strengthen our team to continue delivering quality works.
As the Multi Trader, we expect any applicant to be able to deliver at least 3 of the following trades to the highest standard:
- All aspects of first and second fix carpentry including bespoke kitchens
- Bathroom Fitting
- Plastering
- Plumbing and Electrics
- Tiling
- Flooring installations – All floor finishes including solid wood flooring and glue down vinyl
- Brick / Blockwork
- Landscaping
- Basic Painting
The successful Multi Trade person will also meet the following criteria:
- Have your own van
- Have your own tools
- Have relevant industry experience and/or qualifications
- Hold suitable Public Indemnity Insurance
- Up to date DBS Check
