Principal People have been exclusively appointed to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor for a global manufacturing organisation based in Warrington. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished HSE professional to drive meaningful change at a pivotal time for the business. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor will:
- Conduct operational HSE Duties.
- Identify and fix any HSE related issues that occur throughout the site.
- Build relationships with the wider teams to help increase a positive HSE culture.
- Work collaboratively with the existing HSE Department team.
- Create and implement projects to increase HSE engagement.
- Manage both the Health and Safety, and Environmental matters throughout the site (Waste Disposal).
- Work across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.

- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Experience within high-risk environments (Manufacturing, Chemicals, COMAH preferred).
- Environmental knowledge and experience.
- ISO 14001, 45001 experience.
- Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing behavioural change.
