Principal People are delighted to be working exclusively with an industry leading manufacturing company to recruit a new HSEQ Manager to the organisation. Based at their site in Tamworth, this person will lead Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental for the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be working alongside a committed and quality-focused team to ensure safe working practices on site.
Offering a salary between £40,000 and £48,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including life insurance and private medical cover for you and your family, this is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking their next role in HSEQ with an established and growing organization.
As HSEQ Manager, you will:
- Ensure company compliance to all internal and legislative requirements
- Manage the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Organise contractors on site, checking documentation and assisting when necessary
- Assess and investigate any quality non-conformances
- Carry out accident investigations where required
- Conduct internal training, complete inductions and organise external training where needed
