Health and Safety Business Partner - £60,000 - £65,000 + Package - Residential Construction - East Anglia – ID: 11744 Want to move away from spending your days carrying out inspections and into a role where you'll genuinely influence how Health and Safety is delivered? We're working with a growing residential construction business that's looking to appoint a Health and Safety Business Partner to support its East Anglia & Northern Home Counties region. This isn't a traditional Health and Safety Advisor role. Site inspections are carried out by an external specialist provider. Your focus will be on understanding the findings, working alongside operational teams and senior leaders, and coaching them to improve performance before issues arise. You'll be a trusted business partner, helping embed accountability and create a proactive Health and Safety culture across the region. You'll work across regional offices and live projects, partnering with everyone from Site Managers through to senior leadership. NEBOSH Diploma or be working towards it Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving culture, not just compliance.
