About the Role
Reporting to the Project Health and Safety Manager, the successful candidate will:
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment to enhance HSQE culture and maturity.
- Support the implementation of the HSQE strategy, driving continuous improvement on short, medium, and long-term objectives.
- Provide professional HSQE advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Support on reporting of Health and Safety performance to the senior leadership team, including analysis of data and advising on the improvement areas.
- Develop, maintain and implement process and procedures aligned with the organisation, project and management system.
- Lead on accident investigations and develop solutions to address performance gaps.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience with Civil Engineering, Heavy Construction or Major Projects.
- NEBOSH General or Construction as a minimum.
- A passion for fostering a strong HSQE culture and leading by example.
- A strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
