Health and Safety Advisor – Milton Keynes – £40,000 – £50,000 + Package – Manufacturing

The Health and Safety Advisor will:
- Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and communicated
- Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained
- Establish and maintain a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits and checks
- Conduct regular risk assessments of the workplace activities, identifying potential hazards, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
- Carry out and investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a positive safety culture, encouraging participation and ownership of safety responsibilities at all levels
- Engage with employees and management to raise awareness of safety issues and foster a proactive approach to risk management.
