Are you a senior asset management professional looking to take ownership of a large, diverse property portfolio and influence strategy across the UK? We are recruiting for a Head of Asset Management to lead the asset strategy across a complex, multi-site estate of over 500 developments, supporting long-term asset performance, customer experience, and value for money. This is a high-impact leadership role with full lifecycle responsibility, from development handover through to long-term maintenance and investment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the asset management strategy across a large vast portfolio
- Oversee lifecycle planning, asset performance, and investment decisions
- Ensure effective handover of new developments into operational management
- Drive improvements in build quality, defect reduction, and long-term asset value
- Provide strategic oversight of repairs, maintenance, and facilities standards
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across operations, construction, and commercial teams
- Deliver insight and reporting at senior leadership and board level
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB, CIWFM or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a senior asset or property leadership role
- Strong background managing large, multi-site portfolios
- Expertise in asset lifecycle planning and maintenance strategy
- Experience of development handover into operational environments
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills
