We are pleased to be working with an established consultancy providing risk management and consulting services to recruit a new Health and Safety Consultant to their growing Risk Management Solutions team. The focus of this role is to help clients calculate risk exposure; using your technical expertise, commercial skills and good judgement to help assess decisions for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors across the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a client-focused business who are committed to helping businesses develop and thrive. As Health and Safety Consultant you will:

  • Conduct health and safety audits and fire risk assessments at client sites
  • Autonomously manage a varied portfolio of clients
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Use your expert safety knowledge and skillset to help protect and reduce risk for clients through bespoke solutions
  • Provide up-to-date support and advice to clients including developing safety policies and procedures, safe systems of work, and risk assessments

The successful Health and Safety Consultant will have:

  • A NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent qualification) as a minimum
  • Level 3 Fire Safety qualification is highly desirable
