Principal People are pleased to be supporting a specialist consultancy with the recruitment of a Construction / Project Manager to support a major engineering and infrastructure project based within a live operational power generation environment in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile engineering project involving complex mechanical, construction, and process engineering works including installation of process equipment, silos, conveyors, M&E systems, and structural steel works within an existing operational facility.

The successful Construction / Project Manager will take ownership of day-to-day site coordination and construction activities, working closely with contractors, engineering teams, operational stakeholders, and client representatives to ensure safe and efficient delivery across the project. This role would suit an experienced construction or project professional with a strong mechanical engineering background who is comfortable operating within heavy industrial, process engineering, energy, or other high hazard operational environments.
