Are you looking for the opportunity to shape and influence Health & Safety across a fast-growing civils contractor? We’re supporting a leading groundworks and infrastructure business in their search for a Health & Safety Advisor to cover the central region. This is a people-focused company that has grown rapidly over the last five years, now looking to strengthen their safety function with someone who can drive standards forward.
The role will be covering sites across Central/Eastern Region, with a blend of site visits, occasional office time and flexibility to work from home.
- Company van or £4,500 car allowance plus fuel card.

Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out site inspections, audits and producing reports to inform decision making.
- Leading on improvements, initiatives and campaigns to develop the safety culture.
- Advising operational teams and helping develop safe systems of work (RAMS, SSOW).
- Coordinating training needs analysis and arranging courses to support development.
- Building positive relationships with clients, supply chain, regulators and auditors.
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum).
