Principal People are working with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support a long-term water framework across the Western Home Counties.
This is a site-focused role supporting capital delivery projects including mains replacement, rehabilitation, new connections and civil engineering works.
You ll spend the majority of your week out on site, coaching teams, carrying out inspections and audits, and working closely with Project Managers to improve standards and drive a positive safety culture.
With the strategic and administrative support provided by Senior Advisors, this role allows you to focus on what you do best - supporting operational teams where it matters most.
