We are recruiting a Trainee Health, Safety and CDM Advisor for a growing specialist surveying and project management business. Based near Leicester, the role offers a balance of office, site, and home working with real mentoring from an experienced Principal Designer. Key duties of the Trainee Health, Safety and CDM Advisor:
- Learn from and shadow an experienced Senior Principal Designer.
- Support the management of health and safety across multiple construction projects.
- Review contractor RAMS and contribute to pre-construction planning.
- Liaise with contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of new ideas and improvements across H&S and project delivery.
- Contribute to documentation, site visits, and project coordination.
