We\’re looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading UK infrastructure business, supporting high-profile projects across the Thames Valley region. This is a newly created role due to continued growth, offering a mix of on-site presence and home-based flexibility.

This is a senior-level opportunity to help drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and lead a team of advisors across varied, high-value projects.

You\’ll play a key role in influencing safety behaviours, working closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and senior leaders to deliver real impact.

Key duties of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor:

  • Lead and support a team of Health and Safety Advisors across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to influence behavioural safety and performance.

  • Champion compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all project areas.

Why you should apply for this Senior Health and Safety Advisor role:

  • Join a well-established and growing business with a strong pipeline of infrastructure work.
  • Benefit from flexible working and the ability to manage your own diary.
  • Gain visibility at leadership level with the opportunity to shape strategic direction.
  • Progression is part of the culture; several senior leaders began in advisor roles.
  • Annual salary of £55,000 – £65,000.
  • £350 per month car allowance or a company car, plus mileage.
  • 28 days of annual leave, good pension scheme and single cover private medical insurance.

Please apply if you:

  • Hold a NEBOSH Construction certificate (Diploma or working towards is desirable).
  • Have experience in temporary works, deep excavations, or the water/rail/infrastructure sectors.
  • Are confident with CDM and performance management systems (including client reporting).
  • Have a background in strategic health and safety work or behavioural safety initiatives.

If you\’re ready to shape the future of health and safety on major infrastructure projects, we\’d love to hear from you.
