Senior Building Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Building Surveys, defect analysis and dilapidation reports
• Manage contract administration and project delivery
• Handle party wall matters and prepare detailed specifications
• Liaise directly with clients and support junior team members

The successful candidate will possess

• A building surveying degree (MRICS is Desirable)
• Background in private consultancy preferred or relevant sectors
• Strong communication and report writing skills
• Able to manage your own workload and mentor junior staff
