Looking for a Health and Safety role where you can genuinely influence culture rather than just carry out audits? We're working with a growing Residential Construction that has recently restructured its SHE function and is investing heavily in building a proactive safety culture. This is a newly created position supporting projects across the East Anglia region, giving you the opportunity to work closely with operational teams and senior leadership while helping shape standards across a growing business.
With a strong pipeline of projects, ambitious growth plans and an experienced leadership team in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its journey. This is a visible, hands-on position where you'll spend your time on site, coaching teams, influencing behaviours and driving continuous improvement rather than simply policing compliance.

- Build positive relationships with site management and operational teams
- Carry out site inspections, audits and performance reviews
- Coach and influence teams to improve SHE culture
- Support investigations into incidents and ensure lessons learned are implemented
- Assist with CDM meetings, pre-construction planning and risk management
- Monitor compliance with company standards and UK legislation
- Contribute to regional improvement plans and health and safety objectives
- Promote a proactive, collaborative approach to health and safety across the business
What they are looking for:
- NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (minimum)
- NEBOSH Diploma (Desirable)
- Residential Construction experience would be ideal, although wider construction backgrounds will also be considered
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Someone who enjoys being on site, building relationships and influencing positive behaviours
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across multiple projects
