Looking to lead HSE strategy across multi–million–pound water frameworks? We are recruiting on behalf of a major UK Principal Contractor to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for key Southern Water and Affinity Water frameworks. You will play a senior leadership role across a growing programme of works, with individual projects exceeding GBP60m.
The Opportunity:
- Lead on HSE strategy across two major water frameworks
- Join an established SHEQ team, managing 8+ professionals
- Drive cultural change and strategic improvement across MEICA and civils schemes
- Influence senior leaders and work closely with clients and regulators
- Be part of a growing region with GBP140m turnover and increasing demand
