Principal People are partnering with a progressive social housing organisation to find an Interim Senior Fire Safety Advisor who will be responsible for assisting the organisation in ensuring fire actions are being closed out from the FRA s across their portfolio amongst other technical fire safety advisory responsibilities. This role is initially for 3 months with potential to extend and is primarily homebased with requirement to be in office/site on an occasional basis. This role is to pay the successful candidate a rate of £(Apply online only)/day. (Outside IR35)
The Role:
- Review of FRA s coming into the company CRM from external consultancy
- Ensuring that outstanding actions are closed out and accurately reported within the organisation s system.
- Acting as overall quality assurance for the FRA s undertaken
- Answer any technical fire safety queries
- Reviewing of actions and FRA s to report back to the external consultancy with any concerns/issues
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure continued compliance to fire safety across the portfolio
- Hold an established level 4 fire safety qualification
- Proven experience in fire safety within the social housing sector
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A confident communicator, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
