This role offers the chance to lead a team of HSE professionals, overseeing a portfolio of key projects across, predominately, the North Home Counties.\\n\\nOur client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking HSE Manager who will enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact. Working closely with key stakeholders, clients, and the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will drive performance, ensure compliance, and build upon the excellent foundations established by the wider organisation.\\nReporting directly to the Head of HSE, this hybrid role provides a varied working environment.

The opportunity:\\n \\nLead HSE across a growing regional utilities framework \\nSit on the senior leadership team, working closely with operational directors \\nManage and coach a HSE Professional, while shaping future team growth \\nChampion behavioural safety initiatives \\nWork directly with the client and internal stakeholders to embed best practice and compliance \\nDeliver and evolve the HSE strategy for long-term improvement and cultural growth What’s required from you?\\n \\nA broad awareness of a variety of construction activities, including Civil Engineering, Demolition and Utilities.

\\nNEBOSH General or Construction or equivalent. \\nExperience in leading a team. \\nExperience in a client-facing role.

\\nA strong personality with an integral and collaborative approach. \\nFlexibility to travel to SLT & Client meetings when required. \\nA desire to drive forward an existing successful function.
