This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the Birmingham Head Office and travel to client and training sites around the UK. If you are looking for an autonomous and diverse role where you can train in your own way and be a part of something bigger, then this could be the role for you.
As a Health and Safety Trainer you will:
- Deliver a range of occupational Health, Safety and Environmental training to companies and individuals from internal risk assessment training to accredited NEBOSH courses.
- Update and develop existing training products and services to keep up to date with legislation and make use of modern technology and techniques.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide Health and Safety advice internally across departments.

- Experience carrying out training in person and virtually.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage learners.

The position is offering a salary from £45,000 plus £4,200 car allowance per annum, depending on experience.
