The castle hosts over 45,000 visitors a year, from day trippers wandering the maze and gardens to keen crazy golfers. It's not just offices and ladders here - there's jousting, Christmas lights and birds of prey. It's not your everyday Health and Safety role. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will be part of a dedicated team that lives by their values – welcoming, surprising, enduring, and nurturing.
