Our client is a construction business committed to improving lives and communities through high quality refurbishment and retrofit services. Operating across multiple sites in the Northwest, they work closely with public sector housing providers to deliver projects that make a tangible difference.
The business is in an exciting phase of growth and is now looking to expand its SHEQ function with the addition of a confident SHEQ Advisor.
You ll be responsible for ensuring compliance across all Safety, Health and Environmental standards on‐site. Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, you ll be a key player in driving performance across a portfolio of housing and retrofit projects.
What s on Offer
GBP45,000 – GBP50,000 salary
GBP4,000 car allowance + mileage
Hybrid working approx. 3 days site, 1 day office, 1 day home
27 days holiday + bank holidays

Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Supporting and embedding SHEQ policies and procedures
Delivering training and toolbox talks to site teams
Promoting a proactive SHEQ culture across the business
Providing practical support to site and project teams
What We\’re Looking For
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate essential
Strong background in refurbishment, housing, fit‐out, or light construction
