This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental professional to join a well-established business and play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving environmental improvement initiatives and supporting wider sustainability objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders across the site, providing technical environmental expertise and supporting the continual improvement of the company's environmental management systems and sustainability performance. The key duties include:
- Supporting compliance with environmental legislation, permits, licences and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring environmental performance and analysing data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Preparing and submitting environmental reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Providing technical environmental advice and support across operational departments.
